Our entire catalog is online. All products on this website are available for purchase by verified members of the trade. Our catalog features all items currently available but pricing does not appear until a trade account is established.

| How to Order: |
Fill out our Merchant Application form. You may download it from this page (bottom left) or call us to have one mailed or faxed. A business resale certificate plus one of the following
- Business license
- Business check
need to accompany your Merchant Application.
All three documents must be returned to us by mail or fax. (see below for address/fax)
Once approved, you will receive verification byl email. Please make sure that the email address on your application is current and legible. We will send your user name and password to the email account you provide. We also send UPS tracking notification to your email account, along with special promotions only valid to our online customers. Therefore, a valid email address is vital for ordering online.
Your user name and password is your customer identity and is private! It can be used to log into our online catalog. All prices will be visible and all products can be ordered safely and securely using our shopping cart.
Logging into our site as a member also allows use of 'members only' area with specials, promotions and news for our retailers.

All orders are prepay only.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted through our online shopping cart and via phone orders.
Checks and money orders are welcome as well. Simply process your order in the online shopping cart and print your receipt. A copy of your receipt must accompany your payment in order to fulfill the order. All payments should be sent to:

International Customers please contact us to determine eligibilty.
International orders are handled on a case by case basis and are shipped via USPS. Please be aware we cannot accept liability for international shipments once they leave this country.
All DuirwaighPublishing.com international orders are subject to a 250.00 minimum.
Our shopping cart does not process orders outside the US. Please call or email to place your order

| Shipping: |
Most items are in stock at any given time. However, due to the constraints of multiple on-line orders, we can never guarantee stock on any particular item. Should an item you order be temporarily out of stock, you will not be charged for it, and it will be up to you to reorder. Our system does not track back orders. Important! Duirwaigh shipping department will notify you by email when your order is shipped, so please make sure the email address on your application and your order is current and correct.

All purchases are subject to the following policy/ procedures:
No return or exchanges on t-shirts or prints
Merchandise credit only, there are no cash or credit card refunds
All return requests must be made by within FIVE BUSINESS DAYS from delivery date of merchandise
All returnable items are subject to a 15% restocking fee
All returns must have a valid return authorization number which may be obtained by calling our shipping department
All return authorization numbers are valid for FOURTEEN DAYS from date of receipt.

We take every precaution to insure safe arrival of our goods. In fact, we go to great lengths not only to comply with our carrier’s standards for safe shipping, we also go above and beyond in order to protect the goods and prevent any potential loss. However, our responsibility ceases when shipment is turned over to the carrier. The responsibility for damages in transit is with the carrier whether the damage is concealed or visible.
Please follow the below instructions, should a shipment arrive damaged:
Inspect your shipment immediately. Insist the visible damages be noted on the copy of your freight/shipping bill BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING IT.
Open the shipment as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery and inspect for damages.
In case of damages, notify delivery carrier immediately and request an inspection. SAVE ALL CARTONS AND PACKAGING MATERIALS.
Timing matters. You must make your claim with the carrier within seven days of receipt.
